Government Services Group (GSG) serves U.S. government clients and worldwide development-agency activity. Commercial/International Group (CIG) serves commercial and international clients, giving the business a public-sector and commercial mix across a global footprint.

Strategic acquisitions and internal growth have expanded the capability mix beyond legacy engineering, adding environmental and water work alongside cyber, data, automation, program management and consulting. The operating model is built around those two client groups and its stated focus on water, environment and sustainable infrastructure.
