Builds uranium exposure through royalties and streams, uranium-company investments, and physical uranium holdings. The July 2026 Sweetwater transaction added trona royalty and land interests to the new U.S.-domiciled parent.
Builds uranium exposure through royalties and streams, investments in uranium companies, and holdings of physical uranium. The portfolio is intended to be geographically diversified, and the company can buy and sell physical uranium rather than directly operating mines. Its uranium interests can include debt and equity positions.
Following the Sweetwater transaction, the U.S.-domiciled parent also owns trona royalty and land interests in Wyoming, Utah, and Colorado. Results and asset values remain exposed to uranium prices, investment liquidity, and the combined company’s expanded asset base. The transaction changed the issuer’s legal structure and expanded its scope beyond uranium royalties.
