Corporación Inmobiliaria Vesta, S.A.B. de C.V.VTMX
Real Estate

Owns and leases industrial properties in Mexico while also developing and managing them internally. The business has evolved from a developer into an industrial-real-estate asset manager with development capabilities.

Owns, develops, manages and leases industrial parks and Class A buildings across Mexico. Its portfolio includes more than two hundred Class A buildings. The internally managed platform combines property ownership, development, operations and leasing under one management structure.

The business evolved from a developer into an industrial-real-estate asset manager with development capabilities. Its Level 3 strategy frames a sustainably operated model that incorporates ESG assessment into investment and asset-management decisions.

Operations depend on general economic and real-estate conditions. The dual BMV common-share and NYSE ADS listings also create potential peso–U.S. dollar exposure.
