Provides simulator hardware, filmed scenarios, training tools, courseware, and subscriptions for law-enforcement and military customers. Revenue combines product sales with warranties, services, custom development, and STEP access, while production is concentrated in Chandler and international shipments can require export approvals.
Builds screen-based simulators, the portable V-XR extended-reality package, and the V-One projector-based package for firearms, de-escalation, judgment, behavioral-health, and communication training. The portfolio also includes filmed scenarios, V-VICTA coursework, V-Author authoring software, True-Fire recoil kits, V-Threat-Fire return-fire tools, installation, and instructor training.
Sells simulator products and accessories, extended-service warranties, customized software and content, installation and training, design and prototyping, and STEP subscription access. Customers are primarily law-enforcement and military organizations in the United States and abroad, reached through a U.S.-based sales force, foreign distributors and agents, and government channels. Manufacturing, assembly, warehousing, and shipping are concentrated in Chandler, while international shipments can require export approvals.
