Owns natural-gas-weighted mineral and royalty interests, earning lease bonuses and a share of production proceeds while third-party operators drill and run wells. Its Appalachia, Haynesville and Mid-Continent portfolio makes receipts dependent on commodity prices, operator development decisions and energy infrastructure.
Owns fee mineral interests, non-participating and overriding royalties, and a small set of non-operated working interests tied to U.S. natural-gas, NGL and oil production. Operators lease the acreage, sell hydrocarbons and remit a contractual share of proceeds, while generally bearing drilling, completion and lease-operating costs. Land and engineering teams monitor wells, verify title and revenue interests, and audit payments.
Concentrates holdings in Appalachia, the Haynesville and the Mid-Continent, drawing receipts from third-party exploration-and-production operators rather than direct customers. Growth combines negotiated acquisitions with smaller mineral-package purchases. Production volumes, commodity prices, operator drilling decisions, pipelines and processing capacity, reserve estimates, and regulatory approvals shape cash receipts. The public parent depends on WhiteHawk OpCo distributions under an Up-C structure.
