Company history
Craig Huber founded the firm in January 2012 after covering publishing and advertising at Access 342, Barclays Capital/Lehman Brothers and Morgan Stanley; he ranked No. 1 in Institutional Investor's publishing and advertising agencies category from 2006 to 2009. Lisa Greenberg joined in March 2012, and Douglas Arthur, a former Morgan Stanley and Evercore analyst, joined in April 2015. The firm has no investment banking or trading operations.
