Underwriting and claims expertise, multinational capabilities, and specialized franchises support large corporate, middle-market, small-business, and individual customers.
Operates as a focused general insurer after completing the Corebridge separation, while maintaining a minority investment and quota-share relationship with Convex. Results depend on pricing risk, estimating loss reserves, investment performance, catastrophe losses, reinsurance recoveries, and insurance-capital rules across multiple jurisdictions.
