Wind supplies Electrical Control Systems, Windtec turbine designs, engineering, and support services.
Pairs transmission planning and applications engineering with turnkey delivery for utilities, renewable developers, industrial plants, and military customers. Grid is the larger business and is anchored in North America, with Comtrafo adding Brazilian transformer manufacturing; Wind activity is concentrated in Asia-Pacific.
Results depend on major-project timing, government appropriations for naval contracts, acquisition integration, and a limited number of customers, including Inox Wind.
