VoiceAI offerings include Voca CIC for Microsoft Teams, Interaction Insights for compliance recording, and Meeting Insights for recording meeting content and producing minutes.

Most revenue comes from international markets, with the United States accounting for about half. The business relies on maintaining interoperability and partner recognition in Microsoft UC and Teams environments, while management reports the portfolio as one operating segment.
