Provides a cloud platform for managing unstructured enterprise content throughout its lifecycle, from creation and collaboration through approval, signature, classification, governance, and retention. Box AI and Box Agent search, analyze, and generate content; Box Extract turns documents into metadata; Box Automate orchestrates workflows. Box Sign handles electronic signatures, while Box Hubs and Box Shield add curated portals, security, and compliance controls.
Combines these tools on a single permissions and governance layer, supporting internal work and external collaboration across industries and geographies. Sales run through a worldwide direct organization and resellers, while the service relies on public-cloud infrastructure and selected third-party AI models. Practically all revenue comes from subscription and premier services, with professional services contributing a small remainder.
