Dispenses infused, specialty, and long-term-care medications through Pharmacy Solutions, spanning Infusion and Specialty Pharmacy and Home and Community Pharmacy. Its local network combines dispensing, delivery, medication management, and clinical support for medically complex patients across the United States and Canada.
Provider Services delivers Home Health Care, including hospice and home-based primary care, alongside Rehab Care and Personal Care. Shared clinical teams and medication-management programs coordinate pharmacy and care in home and community settings. ResCare Community Living is no longer part of the portfolio.
Pharmacy generates most revenue, while Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurers, pharmacy benefit managers, and care-facility customers fund the business. Reimbursement rules, drug purchasing economics, referrals, and access to pharmacists, nurses, therapists, and caregivers shape operations.
