Industrials

Manufactures specialized equipment and components for power generation, critical infrastructure, and other complex applications. A three-segment structure spanning Heavy Fabrications, Gearing, and Industrial Solutions is being reshaped by the exit from wind-tower manufacturing.

Manufactures specialized equipment and components for power generation, critical infrastructure, and other complex applications. The last full-year segment structure comprised Heavy Fabrications, Gearing, and Industrial Solutions, including industrial-component kitting and assembly and modular pressure-reducing systems. These activities span power-generation and critical-infrastructure markets.

Operations and customers are primarily in the United States, where energy, mining, and infrastructure applications require complex systems and stringent quality standards. Sales of the Manitowoc operation and Abilene facility mark an exit from legacy wind-tower manufacturing. The modular pressure-reducing-systems business is being retained and relocated during the Abilene order transition.
