Distribution Solutions Group, Inc.DSGR
Industrials

Sells MRO products, test and measurement equipment, electronic production supplies and OEM supply-chain services through four reportable segments. The business combines local branch and sales-representative coverage with vendor-managed inventory, kitting, technical support and global logistics.

Supplies specialty products and value-added distribution services for MRO, OEM and industrial technology customers. Lawson serves industrial, commercial, institutional and government maintenance needs; TestEquity covers test equipment and electronic production supplies; Gexpro Services manages production-line supply chains; Canada Branch Division adds Canadian MRO branches through Bolt and Source Atlantic.

Built from the 2022 combination of Lawson, TestEquity and Gexpro Services, the model keeps distinct operating platforms while sharing back-office resources, technology and acquisition integration.

Shipments reach North America, Europe, Asia, South America and the Middle East, with operations anchored in the United States and Canada. Execution depends on customer retention, branch service quality, vendor-managed inventory performance and governance around LKCM's ownership influence.
