Sells employment and income verification, credit data and scores, mortgage reports, identity and fraud tools, and employer-compliance services across U.S. and international markets. Services are primarily delivered per transaction, with subscriptions also used; data quality, regulation, mortgage demand, and hiring activity shape results.
Organizes its data, analytics, and decisioning services into three segments. Workforce Solutions sells employment, income, education, and background verification through The Work Number, alongside Employer Services for payroll tax, onboarding, and workforce-compliance workflows. U.S. Information Solutions supplies consumer and commercial credit data, scores, mortgage reports, identity and fraud tools, and financial marketing services.
Extends similar credit, decisioning, fraud, and recovery services through International operations across Latin America, Europe, Asia Pacific, and Canada. Proprietary credit, employment, income, and identity data feed cloud-based analytics and software used by lenders, employers, government agencies, and other businesses, with much of the service delivered transactionally.
Revenue remains sensitive to mortgage and hiring activity. Operations depend on secure, accurate data, available outsourced cloud systems, and compliance with consumer-reporting, privacy, cybersecurity, and artificial-intelligence rules.
