Built around certified coaching and a long record of winning school bookings, operations remain concentrated in Singapore even as private lessons have begun in Dubai. Delivery depends on continued access to public-school students under government contracts, certified instructors and swimming pools. Weather, safety requirements and changes in education policy can disrupt classes or demand.
