Industrials

Runs a diversified holding-company portfolio spanning data centers, crane rental, hotels, defense electronics, power systems, lending and software, with Sentinum converting Bitcoin-mining capacity toward AI and high-performance-computing colocation. Revenue is spread across controlled subsidiaries, while the planned Ault Capital divestiture would concentrate the remaining parent on data centers and digital assets.

Operates a holding-company portfolio built around Sentinum's Michigan and Montana data centers, where Bitcoin mining is being converted toward AI and high-performance-computing colocation. Its broader businesses include Circle 8 crane rental, AGREE hotels and real estate, Gresham defense electronics, TurnOnGreen power and EV-charging systems, Ault Lending, and ROI's software platforms.

Coordinates capital and operating support across subsidiaries while it develops customer-ready powered data-center capacity. Operations are U.S.-weighted, with a workforce and Gresham footprint extending to Israel and the United Kingdom; Circle 8 serves the south-central United States.

Results depend on continuous power supply, construction and commissioning of AI colocation capacity, Bitcoin economics, capital access, and a planned separation that would leave the parent centered on Sentinum and Omnipresent.
