Generates most revenue from UAE LPG distribution, engineering, and maintenance, while adding hydrogen project services, biomass steam supply, and uranium and natural-gas royalties. The holding company relies on subsidiary cash flows and third-party project operators.
Runs LPG distribution and engineering through Al Shola Gas in the UAE, covering central-system design, installation, bulk and cylinder sales, metered utility service, and maintenance. That operation supplied virtually all reported revenue before the latest acquisitions.
Provides asset-light hydrogen engineering through BrightHy Solutions, spanning feasibility work, equipment procurement, integration, construction oversight, commissioning, and optimization. It represents third-party hydrogen equipment providers across southern Europe and Latin America, rather than manufacturing discontinued proprietary electrolyzers.
Also holds BioSteam's South African industrial-steam venture and royalty interests tied to uranium projects and Alberta coalbed-methane areas. Royalty payments depend on third-party operators, while LPG operations depend on licensed, safety-regulated activity and the ability to pass gas-price increases through to customers.
