Combines subscription-led virtual primary and specialty care with affiliated providers and pharmacy access for patients across the United States.
Provides direct-to-patient virtual care across primary and specialty needs, including urgent and chronic care, men’s and women’s health, hormone health, weight management, insomnia, dermatology, and cardiology. Clinically appropriate prescription and over-the-counter treatments sit alongside telemedicine, laboratory, and pharmacy access.
Built on a subscription-led model, the platform connects patients with affiliated clinical providers and pharmacy services throughout the United States. The women’s-health expansion came through the OHHMD asset acquisition, while the WorkSimpli sale left virtual care and pharmacy as the continuing business. Delivery depends on the digital-care platform, affiliated providers, pharmacy capability, laboratory access, and a US patient-care center.
