Builds an AI-powered autonomous-defense system-of-systems for drone warfare, counter-UAS, and border-security applications through wholly owned Quantum Drones Corporation. The subsidiary has begun assembling a mini-interceptor drone at its Bridgeport, Connecticut manufacturing facility.
The platform is being developed after the exit from colorectal screening and the sale of ColoAlert assets. Operations center on a domestic U.S. manufacturing footprint, while the issuer is domiciled in the Netherlands and its principal executive office is in West Palm Beach, Florida. The facility acquisition added installed production infrastructure in Bridgeport.
The current product lineup, commercial contracts, and reportable-segment structure have not yet been established in the reviewed disclosures for the defense business.
