Makes large and small installment loans, with optional protection products, for near-prime, non-prime, and subprime borrowers who often lack access to bank or card financing. The Regional Finance model combines branches, direct mail, digital partners, and centralized underwriting and collections.
Offers large loans, small loans, auto-secured lending, and optional payment or collateral protection products under the Regional Finance brand. Borrowers are generally near-prime, non-prime, or subprime consumers who often do not qualify for prime bank, thrift, card-provider, or other lender financing.
Branches remain the servicing core even when loans originate through direct mail, digital partners, or the consumer website. The footprint is concentrated in the US, with a long South Carolina origin and a branch network spread across many states.
Execution depends on ability-to-pay underwriting, local servicing, centralized collections, credit bureau and data-aggregator inputs, and securitization or warehouse funding. State lending, branch-licensing, insurance-product, debt-collection, and CFPB rules shape what can be offered and where.

These groups come from separate filings that can overlap, so they add to 110.18%; nothing is left for Other.
