Champion Homes, Inc.SKY
Consumer Discretionary

Builds manufactured and modular homes, park model RVs, ADUs, and modular buildings, selling through independent channels and an expanding factory-direct retail network. Manufacturing is supported by installation, transport, and financing services, with most revenue tied to U.S. factory-built housing and demand shaped by credit availability.

Builds manufactured and modular homes, park model RVs, accessory dwelling units, and modular buildings for single-family, multifamily, and hospitality uses. Factories and regional brands supply independent retailers, builders, developers, community operators, and government agencies in the United States and western Canada.

Extends manufacturing through factory-direct retail under Regional Homes, Titan Factory Direct, Champion Homes Center, Iseman Homes, and Homes Direct, while Champion Construction handles installation and Star Fleet Trucking coordinates transport. Champion Financing, formed with Triad Financial Services, supports dealer inventory and consumer purchases. The integrated model links production capacity with local distribution, permitting, setup, and delivery.

Most revenue comes from U.S. factory-built housing; Canada remains a smaller manufacturing market. Demand depends on consumer and dealer credit, interest rates, zoning and installation rules; most U.S.-made homes must meet the federal HUD construction code.
