Designs and services energy-control systems for aircraft and industrial equipment through Aerospace and Industrial. Aerospace products manage fuel, air, combustion and motion across engines, nacelles and airframes; Industrial products control turbines, compressors, reciprocating engines and other power equipment. Manufacturing spans the United States, Europe and Asia.
Combines mechanical, fluid, combustion, electronic and motion-control expertise, extending a product lineage that began with waterwheel governors in 1870. Repair, maintenance, replacement and installed-product support create an ongoing services business alongside original equipment.
Depends on long-duration aircraft and engine programs, production rates at large manufacturers, industrial equipment investment and continued support demand. Sales are concentrated among a small group of major customers, with government-linked demand also material.
