Company history

The firm's broker-dealer entity has held a FINRA license since 1980. Peter Schiff and a partner acquired it, then inactive, in 1996 and renamed it Euro Pacific Capital, later based in Westport, Connecticut. Alliance Global acquired Euro Pacific in 2018 and rebranded it A.G.P./Alliance Global Partners on June 1, 2018, keeping Euro Pacific as a division. It is now A.G.P./Alliance Global Partners, LLC, wholly owned by Alliance Global Holdings, Inc.
