Operates through Aeroméxico Cargo, the Aeroméxico airline, and Aeroméxico Connect. The core airline focuses on high-density international service and the Mexico City–Guadalajara–Monterrey business triangle; Connect serves mainly short-haul domestic destinations. Aeroméxico Rewards provides the group's airline loyalty program.
Management describes the group as Mexico's only full-service carrier and has expanded the fleet and passenger product since its 2022 Chapter 11 emergence. Cross-border commercial cooperation with Delta includes codesharing, loyalty reciprocity, and shared passenger privileges.
That Delta cooperation is shaped by a US Department of Transportation order terminating antitrust immunity for the joint cooperation agreement from January 2026, while non-immunized cooperation may continue.
