Recurring replenishment supports the retail model, while pharmacy, insurance-related products, veterinary software and clinics extend it into pet health; operations remain concentrated in the United States.

Extends those retail relationships through Chewy Pharmacy, Connect with a Vet, CarePlus, veterinary-practice software and Chewy Vet Care clinics. Customer support, fulfillment speed, assortment and scheduled delivery define the operating proposition.

Delivery depends on inventory placement, fulfillment centers and parcel carriers, while health offerings add licensing, clinical staffing and care-quality requirements.
