Provides indirect vehicle financing by buying retail auto installment contracts from dealers and servicing them over time. The model is concentrated in the United States, earns primarily from interest on purchased contracts, and depends on credit performance, warehouse funding, securitization access, and consumer-finance compliance.
Purchases and services retail automobile installment contracts originated by franchised dealers and selected independent dealers. The single reportable segment is indirect vehicle financing for buyers with past credit problems or limited credit histories, with revenue primarily from interest on purchased contracts.
Uses dealer-facing credit programs such as Alpha, Alpha Plus, Super Alpha, Preferred, Standard, Meta, and Mercury / Delta to price and underwrite contract purchases. Collateral is mainly late-model used vehicles, and operations are concentrated in the United States through executive offices in Las Vegas and servicing or administrative functions across several states.
Funds contract growth through warehouse facilities, customer collections, and term asset-backed securitizations. Performance depends on dealer relationships, servicing execution, borrower credit outcomes, used-vehicle collateral values, capital-market access, and compliance with consumer-finance rules.
