HeartSciences (HSCS)
Operates a device-agnostic ECG workflow and AI-algorithm marketplace.

Sells ECG workflow software and plans subscription and algorithm-access revenue while developing its own AI-enabled resting ECG system. Its device-agnostic platform works with hospitals’ installed ECG equipment, but clinical algorithms and proprietary hardware depend on applicable regulatory authorization.
Operates MyoVista Insights, a cloud-native platform that collects electrocardiograms from existing machines, manages workflows, and distributes compatible AI algorithms through a marketplace. Revenue is intended to come from implementation fees, subscription usage, and algorithm access; device sales, electrodes, and software support the separate MyoVista wavECG model. The United States is the planned direct-sales market, with distributors intended for markets outside it.
Combines internally developed technology with licenses from Mount Sinai and the University of Glasgow. MyoVista wavECG and the company's clinical algorithms remain subject to FDA authorization for U.S. marketing, while the platform's data-system exemption does not automatically apply to hosted algorithms. The old European CE mark for MyoVista lapsed, limiting proprietary-hardware access there.
