Provides subscription software for running applications and managing data across private, public and edge environments. Nutanix Cloud Platform spans HCI and virtualization, database services, unified storage, cloud management, desktop delivery and Kubernetes operations.

Combines compute, storage, virtualization and management in a unified software layer designed to simplify enterprise infrastructure. The platform runs on qualified systems from Cisco, Dell, Fujitsu, HPE and Lenovo, extending a hardware-neutral model through channel and OEM partners.

Serves customers globally, with most employees based outside the United States. The business is overwhelmingly subscription-based and depends on renewals, partner execution, third-party hardware and cloud interoperability, continued product development and customers' ability to navigate migration complexity and competing architectures.
