Publishes and distributes podcast programming through its website and third-party services including Apple Podcasts, Spotify and Amazon Music. Its in-house sales, production, marketing and technology teams support shows, talent and advertising clients.
Advertising is the core monetization system, using embedded host-read and dynamic ads, segment sponsorships and programmatic channels. Branded programs, live tours, merchandise and original-program IP provide additional opportunities.
Spun out of LiveOne in 2023, it remains a majority-owned LiveOne subsidiary. The business relies on advertising-platform, demand-side-platform, proprietary-platform and ad-server integrations that it controls only to a limited degree.
