Mobility spans ridesharing, taxis, rentals, and public transit; Delivery covers meals, grocery, and retail orders; Freight provides brokerage and managed logistics, principally in North America and Europe.
Uses shared matching, dispatch, routing, pricing, payments, and membership infrastructure across Mobility and Delivery in more than 70 countries. Service fees from drivers, couriers, and merchants generate most revenue; Freight charges shippers for brokerage and transportation management. Uber Autonomous Solutions provides deployment and fleet support for partner-operated autonomous vehicles.
Relies on driver and courier supply and local rules governing transportation, delivery, payments, data, and worker classification. Drivers remain central as autonomous vehicles enter through external partners.
