Operates a portfolio of lifestyle brands spanning Anthropologie, Terrain and Maeve; Free People and FP Movement; Urban Outfitters; Nuuly; and Menus & Venues. Retail stores and digital channels sell apparel, accessories, home goods, beauty and wellness products, while Nuuly rents women’s apparel and Wholesale distributes selected brands through department stores, specialty retailers and digital partners.
Builds each concept around a distinct customer and merchandise mix, combining internally designed and third-party products with differentiated stores and integrated websites and mobile apps. Operations are concentrated in North America, with stores in Europe and wholesale distribution worldwide. Most sales come from Retail, leaving results dependent on fashion demand, inventory execution and store-and-digital performance; imported merchandise also exposes sourcing costs to trade policy.
