Global IP&S supplies global investment products and solutions, while Corporate Advisory provides advisory services. The listed company is the surviving vehicle of the Vinci-Compass combination.
Operations remain rooted in Rio de Janeiro, with regional headquarters in Santiago and New York. Gilberto Sayão’s higher-vote Class B shares control the company, concentrating voting influence.
