Company history
Evan Schwartzberg and Mathew Van Alstyne founded Odeon in New York in 2008 as a boutique broker-dealer for institutional investors. It expanded into high-yield and distressed credit from 2020 and later into emerging markets and US rates, and employs more than 100 sales, trading and research professionals. In March 2026 it named Daniel D'Agostino Jr. head of investment banking.
