The platform combines technology, data, analytics, servicing, and bank-partner programs for private-label credit under Fortiva, Curae, and merchant brands, plus general-purpose cards under Aspire, Imagine, Mercury, and Fortiva.
Operates a smaller Auto Finance segment through CAR subsidiary operations, purchasing and servicing auto-secured loans for independent buy-here, pay-here dealers and automotive finance companies. It also provides floor-plan financing and installment lending products.
Execution depends on bank-partner terms, compliance capabilities, funding costs, credit models, origination speed, service quality, technology integration, and partner relationships across retail, healthcare, card, and dealer channels.
