Customers include ecommerce, media, gaming, publishing, technology, and financial services, with most revenue billed to U.S. addresses. Network Services remains the largest product line. Revenue depends on a concentrated set of large customers, and service continuity depends on network hardware, colocation facilities, bandwidth providers, and cloud services.
