Generates advertising revenue by modeling anonymous audiences with IntentKey and delivering performance search and publisher monetization through Bonfire. Its cookie- and ID-free approach relies on open-web signals, while traffic quality and platform, publisher, and advertising relationships shape execution.
Combines IntentKey, an AI-based audience-modeling engine, with Bonfire Publishing's performance search advertising and publisher monetization. IntentKey converts open-web content and consumption signals into anonymous impression-level decisions, letting agencies and brands build and activate models across connected TV, online video, audio, native, and display.
Generates revenue by identifying audiences and placing advertising, generally priced per impression or click. Audience Modeling is sold through managed service and a self-service platform; Legacy Search supplies quality-screened clicks through owned sites and publisher partners. Operations and nearly all revenue are U.S.-based.
Execution depends on advertising budgets, traffic quality, publisher and platform relationships, and privacy, data-security, AI, and automated-decision requirements. Google and Yahoo provide advertising relationships, while paid traffic acquisition for ALOT sites principally relies on Google and Facebook.
