Company history
Adrian Stecyk and Chrystyna Bedrij established Griffin Securities in New York in April 1997, and it registered as a broker-dealer that September. Bedrij launched the research department in 2002. The firm pairs capital raising, M&A and financial advisory work with institutional sales and proprietary research, and has no domestic or international affiliates or subsidiaries.
